Organization structure

Under the Saraya Tech umbrella there are five specialized departments which interacts through well established communication channels in order to deliver total security solutions to its clients

Business development
 
The business development department continuously monitors the market trends in search of ways of improving efficiency and continuity of our services. As the organization grows, this department facilitates the expansion of the organization through regular training of its IT, engineering and sales and marketing departments

Sales & Marketing
 
The focus of this department lies in expanding the reach of Saraya Tech’s solutions to new clients and areas. The sales and marketing team is responsible for keeping the after sales service which includes keeping customers up to date with relevant product developments and to establish lines of communication throughout the entire business cycle

Engineering department

The engineers’ operates in teams to design suitable drawings and solutions to meet clients’ needs. Special attention is given to the optimal combination of security systems installed in a project. Moreover, engineers are responsible for the supervision of technicians, making sure that wiring, installation, programming and operation of the systems are working according to every project’s specifications

IT & technical support

The IT department fulfills the vital role of keeping systems running efficiently through software development, system integration a final commissioning and testing

Maintenance

A dedicated team is on call to give full maintenance of existing systems. Saraya Tech offers full or partial maintenance agreements to existing and prospective clients whereby Saraya Tech ensures the smooth operation of the system installed
